COUNSELING FOR WOMEN

you deserve a place to feel safe

Are you feeling overwhelmed, drained, or just left empty by the demands of work, family, relationships, and your home? Do you feel stuck?

If this sounds like you, you aren’t alone. We live in a hurried world where “how are you” is usually always met with “good.” Whether that be because of fear the other person won’t understand or care, most of us will just say “good,” “I’m fine,” or “it doesn’t matter,” because we don’t want to burden others. You are not a burden and your pain deserves to be heard. Unaddressed pain can take a serious toll on a person’s emotional, physical, and mental health. I believe that you have the power to learn, change, and grow!

I know that change can be difficult whether you want it or not. Individual therapy, an outlet tailored for YOU, can be so helpful. For so long I thought that if I was unable to handle change and adversity by myself that I was somehow weak, the opposite is true. I am here to lend you a hand and to meet you right where you are at.

"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within."

—Elisabeth Kübler-Ross
