I’m so glad you’re here

it’s so nice to virtually meet you!

A therapist, a learner, a listener

My family and friends describe me as a determined defender of others, an advocate for the underdogs, a velvet brick, and most commonly an avid and empathetic listener. I would come home at 5 years old and tell my mom who in our neighborhood was having a baby, who was getting divorced, or which family was moving out. Decades later my parents still say “of course Kait knows them, she talks with everyone!” Listening has been one of my strongest qualities since childhood because of my deep love of hearing others' stories. I can’t wait to hear yours and hold it with care. I promise to foster a space where you will feel safe, listened to, and where you will not be judged, shamed, or blamed. You are your own life’s expert, let's clarify what matters most to you!
