I PROMISE IT ISN’T JUST YOU
I remember being a teenager, I remember thinking “no one could ever understand the depths of this hurt.” It is so difficult to be a teenager. The stress of societal and familial expectations, bullying, academic stress, and pressure to conform to dangerous activities often lead to an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, eating disorders, substance use, and self-harming thoughts.
